*Job Summary*
......Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals for its US Inbound Customer
Support team. The role involves handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries professionally,
maintaining service quality, and meeting assigned productivity and performance standards
*Key Responsibilities*
* Handle inbound calls from US customers professionally and courteously.
* Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely solutions.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
* Follow process guidelines, communication standards, quality parameters, and company policies.
* Accurately record customer interactions and update information in the system.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
* Achieve assigned quality, productivity, attendance, and service targets.
* Maintain professional communication with international customers.
*Candidate Requirements*
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working in a US night shift.
* International voice/inbound experience is preferred.
* Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
* Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
* Customer-focused attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
*Selection Process – 5 Rounds*
*1. Written Test*: Basic English, grammar, comprehension, and process-related assessment.
*2. Reading & Communication Round*: Assessment of reading ability, pronunciation, fluency, and communication.
*3. Typing Test*: Assessment of typing speed and accuracy.
*4. Project Manager /OPS Round*: Evaluation of customer handling, problem-solving, process suitability, and overall fit.
*5. US Client Final Round*: Final interview conducted directly by the US client; selection is subject to client Approval.
*Selection Note*
Candidates must successfully clear each round to proceed to the next stage. Final selection will be based on
overall performance and successful completion of the US Client interview
*Immediate joiners will be preferred.*
*All interview round is face to face only*
*Interview Time : 11 am to 5 Pm Monday top Friday*
