Passengers must follow the Boarding procedures listed below without fail.
1. Web- Check-in (Self)
2. Counter Check-in
3. Security Check-in
4. Boarding
5. De-boarding
1.*If the ticket is cancelled due to a no-show after the checking time and the journey is affected, the department will not be responsible*
2.*A valid photo ID card is mandatory for boarding. (Travel with a ticket issued in another person’s name is strictly not permitted under any circumstances).*
*3.Passengers who wish to complete counter check-in must do so before 1330 HRS.*

*( ചെക്ക് - ഇൻ സമയം 1330 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും)*
*പുതുക്കിയ ബോർഡിങ് സമയം*:
*1400 𝗵𝗿𝘀 മുതൽ 1430 𝗵𝗿𝘀 വരെ മാത്രം* ( *2 PM TO 2.30 PM* )
യാത്രക്കാർ നിർബന്ധമായും താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന ബോർഡിംഗ് നടപടിക്രമങ്ങൾ പാലിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
1. വെബ്- ചെക്ക്-ഇൻ (നിങ്ങൾ സ്വയം ചെയ്യണം)
2. കൗണ്ടർ ചെക്ക്-ഇൻ
3. സുരക്ഷാ ചെക്ക്-ഇൻ

*1. ചെക്കിങ് ടൈമിന് ശേഷം നോ ഷോ കാരണം ടിക്കറ്റ് ക്യാൻസൽ ആയി യാത്ര മുടങ്ങിയാൽ ഡിപ്പാർട്മെന്റ് ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കില്ല*
*2.ബോർഡിംഗിന് സാധുവായ ഫോട്ടോ ഐഡി കാർഡ് നിർബന്ധമാണ് (വേറെ പേരിലുള്ള ടിക്കറ്റുമായി യാത്ര ചെയ്യാൻ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല.)*
*3. കൌണ്ടർ ചെക്ക് ഇൻ ചെയ്യാൻ ഉള്ളവർ നിർബന്ധമായും 1.30 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.*
