In other words, they are training LLMs to evaluate whether other models’ answers are correct, logically coherent, lack hallucinations and all kinds of other things — you can add custom metrics too 🐱 This kind of quality control and assessment is important for any AI-based application. And in addition to that, what makes Atla exceptional is their handy API, integration with CI, online monitoring — in short, everything that makes observation very simple and accessible. We are looking for an ML engineer. This position is a mix of infra and research — you’ll be building fine-tuning frameworks, coming up with novel synthetic data generation techniques and creating inference platforms to ensure that everything works quickly and scales well. You will need: 🔹 experience in creating and managing multi-instance clusters for parallel training across GPUs/TPUs — preferably using PyTorch and Kubernetes; 🔹 experience with serving large ML models at scale; 🔹 clear signals of competence — this can be a degree from a top-tier uni, impressive work experience, publications and conferences, high Kaggle rating.
