Data Engineer Company: BCB Group BCB Group is a leading provider of regulated payment and trading services in crypto and fiat for the digital asset economy. Responsibilities: - Integrate multiple data sources into a cloud-based Data Warehouse and design/implement robust ETL processes. - Ensure data security, compliance and maintain data quality within cloud environments. - Develop and maintain data models, dashboards and visualisations. - Automate business workflows using no-code / low-code tools. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. - Prepare regulatory reports and support compliance and governance activities. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a data-related role. - Advanced proficiency in SQL. - Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel. - Strong understanding of ETL, data ingestion, transformation and dashboard creation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and business acumen. Nice to have: - Experience with dbt. - Experience with Looker or ThoughtSpot. - Experience with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., n8n). - Proficiency with version control (git). - Programming skills in Python, R or TypeScript. - Experience in Payments/FinTech/Banking/Crypto and familiarity with GCP; knowledge of statistical concepts.
