Futures Business Development (Remote) Full-time/Company: Bitbase Bitbase is a global digital asset trading platform focused on building a secure, stable, and efficient crypto asset infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, agencies, and Web3 projects - Identify and acquire high-quality partners and channels within assigned markets - Negotiate partnership terms and manage full partnership lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and ongoing cooperation - Develop strategies to increase user acquisition, trading volume, and deposits - Conduct market research and monitor competitors, industry trends, and local market opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and local Web3 communities - Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Risk to execute regional growth initiatives Requirements: - 1+ year of Business Development experience, preferably in a crypto exchange, Web3, blockchain, fintech, trading, or related industry - Strong understanding of crypto, futures trading, Web3, and digital asset markets - Existing resources or connections with KOLs, affiliates, communities, agencies, or other crypto partners is highly preferred - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment - Strong understanding of the local market and crypto community in Europe, the Americas, or Russian-speaking regions - Proficiency in English is required Nice to have: - Proficiency in Russian or other relevant local languages - Experience working with Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, or other Web3 communities Stack: Business Development, Research, Marketing, Futures trading, Web3 Benefits: - Competitive base salary + performance-based commission (indicative $3k-5k/month) - Direct exposure to global crypto exchange business development - Opportunity to work with KOLs, affiliates, institutional partners, and major Web3 ecosystems - International and remote working environment with flexible arrangements - Clear performance-based growth opportunities and potential for long-term career development 📩 Apply
