Job description-
• Supporting the team on several OD, Talent management initiatives • Proactively look out for best practices, tools and methodologies to support and enable organization design, change management, organization diagnosis, work process improvement and/or culture change initiatives
• Designs talent management and leadership development solutions. Analyzes and makes recommendations to enhance the quality of initiatives
• Facilitate assessment process and talent initiatives, Psychometric Testing, Competency Mapping, Career Planning
• Facilitate competency modeling efforts in alignment with business needs
• Collaborates with leaders to get their buy-in and works towards creating ‘Win-win’ situation
• Proactively uses analytics and insights for data driven decisions. Track and measures the impact to business outcomes
• Employs innovative, scalable Initiatives and capability building methodologies to promote performance driven culture
• Business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to execution
• Facilitating and coaching skills with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Curious learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with adaptability in dealing with ambiguity and fast-paced changes
• Self-starter with high energy levels with the ability to handle multiple priorities; can work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Candidate-
MBA / MSW from reputed institutes with 7-8 years relevant experience.
Excellent Communication and presentation skill
Analytical mindset ,
