Please note that these items are reserved for the company's employees. We kindly ask all riders to: - Only enter designated delivery/reception areas - Avoid touching or taking any items not related to the delivery handover - Respect all client premises and property This helps us maintain trust with our partner businesses and ensures foodpanda riders continue to be welcome at these locations. 🥚 Important: New Egg Packaging Update 🥚 Hi pandariders! We've upgraded our egg packaging with honeycomb protection to keep eggs safer during delivery. Eggs will now come wrapped in honeycomb padding and sealed inside a clear plastic bag. Please note: ✅ Do NOT open the sealed bag to transfer eggs into another bag — this removes the protective packaging and defeats the purpose of the upgrade. ✅ Place the egg bag on TOP of your delivery bag — not underneath other items — to prevent crushing. ⚠️ Please handle with extra care. Repeated offences may result in deductions. Less broken eggs = happier customers! 🙌 Thank you for taking care of these orders!

Affected period: 16/07/2026 15:00-16:15 Scoring exclusion Please note that the batch scoring and service guideline violations of couriers during the period 16/07/2026 15:00-16:15 has been excluded from your overall performance in the batch calculation of the cycle of (13/07/2026 - 19/07/2026) and will be reflected in the rider app. Lifting system violations on service guidelines We are now gradually and manually adjusting the records for couriers who received automated system reminders that would affect your delivery performance during the affected period. Order service fees issue During the affected period, service fees adjustment will be handled as follows: • For orders that you have actually delivered without indicating pick-up and drop-off in the app, kindly create a ticket with a valid Proof-of-Delivery picture. We will review them case by case and have service fees adjusted accordingly. If you still encounter issues, please try to re-login or reinstalling the app. You may reach out to the help center if you need further assistance. Thank you for your understanding.
