Position: Business Development Manager (Web3)

About Us:
Electra is the first decentralized perpetual exchange that prioritizes rewarding traders and the community, rather than just liquidity providers (LPs).
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager specializing in the Web3 space to work on attracting KOLs and B2B partners in Asia (India / Indonesia / Philippines / China).
Responsibilities:
▫️ Identify and establish strategic B2B partnerships.
▫️ Identify potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and finalize partnership agreements.
▫️ Build long-term partnerships to enhance our market presence.
Requirements:
▫️ Proven experience in the crypto trading space.
▫️ Extensive contacts in at least one of the specified regions (India, Indonesia, Philippines, China).
▫️ Experience in communicating with individuals from at least one of these regions.
▫️ B2+ level in English, both written and verbal.
▫️ Background in sales is highly desirable.
▫️ Chinese language proficiency would be a big plus.
Terms:
▫️ The first month compensation is $500 + 5% of the trading volume fees from your referrals. Successful performance can lead to an increase to $1000 + 5%.
▫️ Trial period of 2 weeks (with a goal to attract at least 3 KOLs).
▫️ Contract-based position.
▫️ Payment in USDT (BEP20) or Optimism.
▫️ Operating in GMT+3 timezone.
