We are looking for a talented Senior Program Manager to drive positive social change!
In this role, you will focus on managing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with local NGOs, CSOs, and private organizations to harness the power of digital platforms.
📋 Role Overview
Position: Senior Program Manager
Type: Full-time contracting role
Location: Primarily remote
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Manager of Managers: Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse team of program managers.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize processes to ensure friction-free collaboration across parallel program teams such as Finance, HR, Business Development, Marketing & Communication.
- Portfolio Strategy: Develop strategic plans, align projects with organizational goals, and manage risks.
- Fundraising & Stakeholders: Lead fundraising efforts, develop high-quality grant proposals, and maintain strong donor relationships.
🎯 Essential Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience developing technology solutions or programs for civic development (Civic Tech).
- Proven track record as a "systems thinker" with experience implementing project management tools.
- Extensive experience managing and coaching other managers.
Exceptional professional English communication and high-level presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of managing stakeholder interactions within the Myanmar context.
🎯 The Details:
- Location: 100% Remote.
- Note: Applicants do not need to currently reside in Myanmar; we warmly welcome members of the Myanmar diaspora.

နည်းပညာကိုအသုံးပြုပြီး လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းတွေ ပိုမိုတိုးတက်ခိုင်မာအောင် ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ အပြောင်းအလဲတွေ ဖန်တီးချင်ပါသလား။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် Digital Technology၊ စီးပွားရေးနှင့် လူမှုဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးကဏ္ဍများတွင် လုပ်ကိုင်လာခဲ့သည်မှာ ၈ နှစ်ကျော် ရှိပြီဖြစ်ပြီး ယခုအခါ ထူးချွန်ထက်မြက်သော Senior Program Manager တစ်ဦးကို ရှာဖွေနေပါတယ်။
ဒီရာထူးမှာ ဒေသတွင်း NGO များ၊ CSO များ၊ ပုဂ္ဂလိကအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းကာ digital platform များ၏ စွမ်းပကားကို ထိရောက်စွာ အသုံးချနိုင်ရန် ပရောဂျက်အမျိုးမျိုးကို ဦးဆောင်စီမံရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
🎯 အဓိက တာဝန်ဝတ္တရားများ -
- Manager of Managers: အရည်အချင်းရှိတဲ့ ပရိုဂရမ်မန်နေဂျာတွေကို စုဆောင်း၊ လမ်းညွှန်ပြီး အဖွဲ့ကို ဦးဆောင်ရပါမယ်။
- Operational Excellence: Finance, HR, Business Development, Marketing & Communication စတဲ့ ဌာနအသီးသီးနဲ့ ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး အလုပ်တွေ အဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့အောင် စီမံပေးရပါမယ်။
- Portfolio Strategy: အဖွဲ့အစည်းရဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်တွေနဲ့ ကိုက်ညီမယ့် မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် လမ်းပြမြေပုံတွေ ဆွဲပြီး အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရပါမယ်။
- Fundraising & Stakeholders: Donor တွေနဲ့ ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်အောင် တည်ဆောက်ပြီး ရန်ပုံငွေရရှိဖို့ Proposal တွေ ရေးသားတာကို ဦးဆောင်ရပါမယ်။
🎯 လိုအပ်သော အရည်အချင်းများ -
- နည်းပညာနဲ့ လူမှုဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေး (Civic Tech) နယ်ပယ်မှာ အနည်းဆုံး ၅ နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရပါမယ်။
- Project Management Tool တွေကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာသုံးနိုင်ပြီး စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်သူ (Systems Thinker) ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။
- မန်နေဂျာတွေကို ဦးဆောင်ပြီး Coaching လုပ်ပေးခဲ့ဖူးတဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံ ရင့်ကျက်သူဖြစ်ဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။
- အင်္ဂလိပ်စာကို Professional အဆင့် ပြောဆိုရေးသားနိုင်ပြီး နိုင်ငံတကာ Doner တွေရှေ့မှာ ယုံကြည်မှုရှိရှိ Presentation လုပ်နိုင်ရပါမယ်။
- မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ အခြေအနေကို သေချာနားလည်ပြီး ရှုပ်ထွေးတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ဆက်ဆံရေးတွေကို ကောင်းကောင်း ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ရပါမယ်။
