The speed of the boss is the speed of the team, but if the team is not upto the mark then no matter how brilliant your individual mind or strategy is, you’re playing a solo game, & you’ll always lose out to a team. That's what is happening. His whole team is just dependent on him, his face, his speech, his words, his actions. Teams win championships only when individuals play the game.
